Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the return request is initiated by email within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To request a return, please email Ravinaazjewelz@gmail.com with your Order Number and reason for return.

Returns will only be accepted if:

• A continuous 360° unboxing video of the sealed package is provided.

• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• Original packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories are intact.

• The product shows no signs of wear, perfume, makeup, alteration, or damage.

• The return is approved by the Ravinaaz Client Care Team.

Return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer unless an incorrect or damaged product has been delivered.

Once received, the product will undergo a quality inspection before any refund, exchange, or store credit is processed.
