By placing an order with RAVINAAZ, you acknowledge the shipping terms set out below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful confirmation of the order and payment, where applicable.

Processing may take longer during public holidays, exhibitions, promotional periods, high-order volumes or circumstances reasonably beyond our control.

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery within India is generally:

• 5–7 business days after dispatch for most serviceable locations
• Approximately 7–10 business days for certain remote, rural or difficult-to-service locations

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier serviceability and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. Shipping Coverage

RAVINAAZ currently ships to serviceable locations within India.

Delivery availability may depend on the courier partner's serviceability for the customer's PIN code.

We may decline or cancel an order where delivery to the stated address is not reasonably serviceable. If payment has already been received for such an order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

4. Tracking

Where tracking is available, shipment details may be shared after dispatch through email, WhatsApp, SMS and/or another available communication channel.

Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
