1. About RAVINAAZ

RAVINAAZ is a curated jewellery and lifestyle brand offering fashion jewellery, real-look jewellery, handcrafted and semi-handcrafted designs, plated jewellery, kundan, polki-style pieces, American diamond jewellery, moissanite, semi-precious stones, pearls and other curated accessories and lifestyle products.

Throughout these Terms, “RAVINAAZ”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RAVINAAZ. “You” and “your” refer to users and customers of our website.

2. Product Representation

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours and other details shown on our website accurately represent the products offered for sale.

However, slight variations may occur because of:

• Screen and device settings
• Handcrafted or hand-finished processes
• Natural and semi-precious stones
• Plating and surface finishing
• Individual variations in stones, beads, pearls, kundan, polki-style work or artisan detailing

Such minor variations may be inherent to handcrafted, natural-stone or hand-finished jewellery and do not by themselves constitute a defect.

Nothing in this clause limits a customer's rights where a product is defective, damaged, materially different from its description or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.

3. Digital & AI-Assisted Imagery

RAVINAAZ may use digital editing, compositing and AI-assisted or AI-generated models, styling, backgrounds and environments in product, campaign and promotional imagery.

These visual treatments are used for styling, presentation and creative communication purposes.

We endeavour to ensure that the jewellery represented remains faithful to the actual product in its overall design, colour, stones, proportions and finish.

Digital or AI-assisted presentation is not intended to alter, exaggerate or misrepresent the material characteristics of the jewellery.

Customers are encouraged to review the product description, materials, dimensions, colour details and other specifications provided on the relevant product page when making a purchase decision.

Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur because of lighting, screen settings, handcrafted elements, natural or semi-precious stones and individual device displays.

4. Product Materials & Finish

RAVINAAZ jewellery may include brass, metal alloys, gold-tone plating, rhodium plating, American diamonds, cubic zirconia, moissanite, kundan, polki-style work, pearls, beads, semi-precious stones and other decorative materials.

Unless expressly stated in the individual product description, a product should not be assumed to be made of solid gold, sterling silver or another precious metal.

Customers are requested to review the individual product description before purchasing.

5. Product Availability

Many RAVINAAZ designs are curated in limited quantities, and certain products may be available as single pieces.

Although we take reasonable care to maintain accurate inventory, an item may occasionally become unavailable because of simultaneous website, exhibition, offline or other sales.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

6. Pricing

All prices displayed on www.ravinaaz.com are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges or other charges, where any, will be disclosed as required before completion of the purchase.

Prices may be revised from time to time.

Website prices, exhibition prices and promotional prices offered through different RAVINAAZ sales channels may occasionally differ.

Once an order has been successfully confirmed, the price applicable at the time of purchase will ordinarily apply to that order.

7. Orders

Orders placed through the RAVINAAZ website are subject to product availability, successful payment where applicable, serviceability and order verification.

RAVINAAZ may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving:

• Payment failure

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Any verification requirements, return conditions, timelines, exclusions and refund procedures will be applied subject to applicable consumer law.

10. Jewellery Care & Normal Wear

Fashion, plated, handcrafted and stone-set jewellery requires appropriate care.

The longevity of plating, finish and surface appearance may vary depending on frequency of use, skin chemistry, climate, exposure to moisture or chemicals, storage and handling.

Normal wear, gradual fading, oxidation or tarnishing arising from ordinary use is not automatically considered a manufacturing defect.

This does not affect rights available where a product is defective, deficient or materially misrepresented.

11. Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes, promotional offers and campaigns may:

• Have specified validity periods
• Apply only to selected products or order values
• Be subject to stated exclusions
• Not be combinable with another offer unless expressly permitted

Any specific terms communicated with a promotion will form part of that promotion.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and any jurisdiction that cannot legally be excluded, disputes relating to RAVINAAZ or transactions through www.ravinaaz.com shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from exercising rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law.
