The RAVINAAZ Quality Promise
Chosen With Care. Checked With Intention.
At RAVINAAZ, quality is not simply about how a piece looks. It is about the care with which it is selected, checked, documented, packed and prepared before it reaches you.
As a curated jewellery Maison, we work with selected manufacturers, artisans and suppliers to bring together distinctive designs across different materials, techniques and aesthetics.
Before an order leaves RAVINAAZ, it goes through our own quality check and despatch process.
OUR QUALITY CHECK
Every jewellery piece is individually checked before dispatch.
Depending on the design, our checks may include:
• Overall condition and appearance
• Finish and visible craftsmanship
• Stone, bead and embellishment setting
• Clasps, closures and other functional components, where applicable
• Visible damage or manufacturing concerns
• Product, quantity and order accuracy
• Packaging and accessories applicable to the order
Our purpose is simple: to identify visible concerns before your jewellery begins its journey to you.
ORDER VERIFICATION & DOCUMENTATION
Before dispatch, each order is checked against the products purchased to help ensure that the correct item and quantity have been prepared.
Where appropriate, RAVINAAZ may also maintain internal photographs or other order documentation for quality assurance and order-verification purposes.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
RAVINAAZ curates jewellery made across a variety of materials, finishes, stones and jewellery-making techniques.
Product information is prepared using details available to us from our manufacturers and suppliers, together with our own observations of the product.
Because specifications differ from design to design, the individual product page should always be referred to for information relating to a particular piece.
Where a product is described using terms such as Kundan, Polki, American Diamond, Cubic Zirconia, Moissanite, Mother of Pearl, semi-precious stone, brass, plated finish or another material or technique, the description reflects the product information available to RAVINAAZ for that particular design.
Unless expressly stated, RAVINAAZ jewellery should not be understood to be fine gold, natural diamond or precious-gemstone jewellery.
THE BEAUTY OF INDIVIDUAL VARIATION
Certain RAVINAAZ pieces may feature handcrafted elements, artisanal techniques, pearls, beads, Mother of Pearl, semi-precious or natural materials, stones and hand-finished details.
Small variations in colour, texture, shape, stone placement, dimensions, detailing or finish may therefore occur from one piece to another.
Such reasonable variations are part of the individual character of these pieces and are not necessarily manufacturing defects.
Photography, lighting and individual screen settings may also cause colours or finishes to appear slightly different from their appearance in person.
CAREFULLY PACKED
Once the jewellery has completed its quality check and order verification, it is carefully packed to help protect it during transit.
The appropriate packaging may vary according to the size, design and nature of the jewellery and the requirements of the order.
FINAL DISPATCH CHECK
Before courier handover, the order undergoes a final verification to help ensure that the correct order has been prepared for dispatch.
Once handed over, transportation and delivery are managed through our logistics partners in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
WHEN SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT
Despite careful checks, if you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect or otherwise gives you cause for concern, please contact RAVINAAZ within the timeframe specified in our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.
Please follow the claim requirements stated in that policy, including the continuous, unedited 360° unboxing video requirement where applicable.
OUR PROMISE TO YOU
OUR PROMISE TO YOU
We believe trust is built through what we do, not simply through what we say.
So our promise is straightforward:
To curate thoughtfully.
To describe responsibly.
To quality check before despatch.
To verify every order before despatch.
To pack with care.
And to assist you fairly when something is not as expected.
That is the RAVINAAZ quality promise.
